<![CDATA[NOC-Operations Specialist]]>
NOC Operations Specialists are in charge of monitoring critical machines-in-network elements and engaging in proactive network systems monitoring. Troubleshooting is a daily task for a NOC Specialist, and they also monitor the software, hardware, network, and signal strength from the fleet of Autonomous Data Machines (ADMs).

The company's ADMs run 24/7 out in the field and can be quite similar to running a data center - except the servers move, maintain more data on the servers, and they are running outside (and inside)! The company is staffing up a team to keep an eye on their fleet of machines-in-network at client deployments across the country, with a bird's eye view of the entire "Galaxy" of robots.

The position requires handling Level 1 issues and ability to work with senior engineers in resolving Level 2 and above issues. Flexibility in work hours is very important.
