<![CDATA[Field Systems Engineer]]>
They are involved in advanced techniques of semiconductor fabrication, metrology, LEDs, data storage devices, and solar photovoltaics and want to leverage your hands-on military technical experience. These sophisticated applications require a high degree of placement accuracy, fidelity, repeatability, and stability from their systems. Your customers are pushing the limits of high performance high tech fabrication, but this organization doesn't simply need scientific expertise. If they did, they would have hired that already. The reason they want military and the reason they are willing to accept a potentially lesser degree of industry scientific expertise that they will then train, is they want someone with the maturity and street smarts who can work both independently and in teams with high tech customers in the field. You will need to have the discretion to decide when to take action and make repairs on-site, when to call for additional support, and when to do a little of both while documenting the entire process. If that person sounds like you, then this is your job. The average travel is up to 25% but no more than 50% in rare cases.

Responsibilities include:
- Be willing to write and create new procedures for technology and systems (build a legacy).
- Work closely with other FSE's, tech support and factory engineers to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Communicate with colleagues and customers at a professional and proactive level.
- Complete service reports, expense reports, inventory counts and timecards as required.
- Works closely with colleagues and customers to address customer concerns, determine corrective action and customer follow-up.
- Document requests and intended solutions using existing company procedures, and in parallel, inform Management regarding critical situations/escalated sites so that decisions can be made by the Management Team in order to resolve the situation.

Compensation:
- Additional bonuses and options
- Full medical, dental, vision, and 401k
