The Welding Engineer is responsible for the day to day operations and maintenance of all plant welder and process verification in accordance with the company's TDRC (Technical Development Research Center) in developing product welding standards that meet all customer specifications while ensuring Company's philosophy of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC). This includes management of all preventative maintenance procedures of supporting welding equipment. You will conduct research and development investigations to develop and test new fabrication processes and procedures, improve existing or develop new welding formatting, develop new or modify current welding methods, techniques, and procedures, discover new patterns of welding phenomena, or to correlate and substantiate hypotheses.
