Job Description

The company is looking for a field service technician that will cover a territory in the Northeast. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and corrective maintenance of Rotary UPS units. This role will be servicing a wide array of customers from small businesses to large manufacturing facilities, to military installations. The desired skill sets for the role are primarily electrical and electronic.

In addition to a solid technical skill set and quick adaptability, a customer-facing personality is a must. For many of the customer locations that you service, you will be the sole point of contact representing the company during interactions. Customers will judge the quality of the company by your professionalism and attitude, so strong customer service skills and a professional personality are key.


Base salary DOE. You are guaranteed 40 hours each week, even on weeks where there is minimal work. However, some weeks you will receive significant overtime. The company covers all travel expenses. They offer a full comprehensive benefits plan, along with a 401k with company match.
