Job Description

Our client is looking for a field service technician that will cover a Northeast territory. The candidate role will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and corrective maintenance on rotary UPS units. In this role you will be servicing a wide array of customers, from small businesses, to large manufacturing facilities, and military installations. The desired skill sets for the role are primarily electrical and/or electronic.

In addition to a solid technical skill set and quick adaptability, a customer-facing personality is a must. For many of the customer locations that you service, you will be the sole point of contact representing the company. Customers will judge the quality of the company by your level of professionalism and attitude, so strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor is key.

Base salary, with a full comprehensive benefits plan including a 401k with company match. You are guaranteed 40 hours each week, even on weeks where there is minimal work. However, some weeks you will receive significant overtime. The company covers all travel expenses.
