Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the long and short-term growth of the Company USA business unit within your specific region. You will provide solution selling through Life Cycle Cost and Total Cost of Ownership supported by many company sales tools. You will also visit clients to demonstrate products, negotiate prices and terms, prepare quotations and contracts, and record orders.

Products to be sold: HVAC, Clean Air Filters, and Clean Room Systems for commercial applications throughout your given territory.

Our client has already had ample success targeting military leadership across the country and they are looking to expand upon that with a new territory in the Northwest. As a Territory Sales Manager you must be willing to live within the Flint, MI area while reporting to your Branch Manager.

You will have a base salary of $60k plus $15 - $20k in commission your first year and a company car. Candidates will hit $100k+ in their 2nd year once they complete training. The company has already hired multiple JMOs through BMI for this exact role in different locations.
JMO with strong communication skills. Limited overnight travel.
