Technical Support Engineer

Job ID: 40290 Industry: Food/Beverage Pay Rate: $60 - $70k
The main tasks are:

Remote service and telephone service for customers and field service engineers
General technical support
Documentation of all remote jobs, also for subsequent billing
Ownership for support cases and organize or monitor the resolution
Support in technical issues concerning the dispatching for the Food service team
Clarification of offers (technical part), needed spare parts and needed time on site
Cooperation with and escalation to the product experts and R&D

The additional tasks are:

Execution of field days to improve and maintain the knowledge level
Additional field days for urgent interventions may be required
You are the go-to person for clients and field service engineers. No two days will be the same. You are the person that fixes the problems no one can fix!
