Technical Services Representative

Job Description
The candidate will provide technical field support for service providers and end-user/customers on diesel engine, generator, and compressor equipment both domestically and internationally. This position will ensure that field issues are identified and resolved quickly to eliminate customer equipment downtime and ensure that customer satisfaction and loyalty is retained.
You must have experience maintaining diesel engines, generators, and/or compressors. You must be an effective and detailed communicator, who is comfortable troubleshooting over the phone and email. Computer experience is necessary. You will create and use trouble tickets to keep track of client issues.
There is some travel with this role. This is once a month or so. You will travel to training sites for continuing education on the company equipment. The Technical Service Leader said,? We want our service to be so good that it becomes part of the buying decision.?
Base salary, plus a 5% bonus and full benefits.
