Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer you will provide design and implementation technical support on wireless communications systems for public safety customer accounts. You will work with a team, including sales, system integrators, product engineers, third party suppliers and program managers to implement wireless communication solutions for both voice and data.

This includes voice radio and data system design, RF coverage analysis, network design, backhaul and system implementation engineering. They would like people who can contribute to a team and can demonstrate team leadership.

You will need to have the engineering mindset to perform the necessary analysis to thoroughly complete assignments/projects. You will need to recognize technical problems which are beyond his/her scope and know where to get additional assistance.

You will need to have the ability to systematically solve problems of moderate scope and contribute to the creation of new solutions, identifying problems and begins to determine alternatives. You will need to have the imagination to produce some unique methods for design or implementation of ideas and understand the value of innovation in technical solutions.

You will need to show that your experience enables you to undertake a wide spectrum of technical challenges. This position requires 20-50% overnight travel. You will need to prove to them you are motivated, curious, self-driven and personable and that you take ownership and total accountability for your work.

$80 - $85k for Pacific NW, $85 - $90k for California + up to 10% bonus based on company and individual performance. Great benefits package.
