In this role, you will dive into a range of responsibilities, from managing and administering desktop, server, and network software/hardware to overseeing Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 systems. While providing essential technical support to end-users, you'll be a critical pillar of the IT helpdesk. Your troubleshooting skills will shine, helping to monitor backups, network availability, and overall system health. You'll also lend your expertise in hardware and software recommendations, all while maintaining comprehensive system and network documentation.
Qualifications That Matter:
Your associate's degree in computer sciences or similar, coupled with 3-5 years of systems administration experience, will be your launchpad. Solid networking and troubleshooting skills, along with a knack for Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 administration, will set you up for success.
