Supply Chain Analytics Manager

Our client is looking for a talented Supply Chain Analytics Manager to support their rapidly growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a critical logistics role, interacting with nearly every functional area within the business. You will be responsible for effectively managing route and driver productivity for the company's fleet of trucks. This role will analyze the overall logistics network from a trucking and solicitation standpoint to constantly improve the way routes are created. Additionally, this role will be responsible for network optimization and ensuring that the company is constantly reviewing how customers are serviced and provide the best overall plan as it relates to cost, service and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Manages Routing & Mapping Team to ensure continues improvement in Route Optimization, Customer Service, Productivity and Cost
- Develop and maintain operational and financial cost models
- Investigates problems, finds root causes, and develops solutions
- Develops periodic performance reports and distributes them to stakeholders
- Works collaboratively with key stake holders across divisional boundaries to match supply with demand at a store and warehouse level
- Manage all aspect of Route Optimization including upgrades and enhancements to supporting software and hardware
- Evaluate and model territory assignment, including supporting expansion initiatives
- Creates and maintains inventory tracking models
- Creates and monitors product lifecycle procedure
- Understands the forecasting process
- Travels to warehouse and retail locations as needed (approximately 30% travel required)
- Takes on project work as needed
- Apply Lean & Continuous Improvement principles to improve processes and to achieve key performance indicators
