The Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for establishing relationships and selling Company software products into the recruiting sectors of the United States Government, Military, and other Public Sector areas that have recruiting needs.

We have revolutionized recruiting by creating the first fully track-able recruiting platform that gives recruiters real-time insight into candidate engagement enabling them to capture more candidates and shorten the recruiting cycle.

The Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for establishing relationships and selling our software product into the Recruiting sectors of the United States Government, Military, and other Public Sector areas that have recruiting needs. This is an individual contributor role that has the ability to grow into leadership as different accounts are opened.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Develop a clear, concise sustainable marketing strategy
Establish new partnerships that are consistent with on-going relationships
Develop relationships with existing clientele
Identify solution development opportunities to best address end-user needs
Generate sales through partner organizations
Meet sales targets as defined by the CRO and Executive Management Team
Create internal process and policy to manage conflict with other sales channels within the organization
Lend expertise in training salesforce as assigned
Take the lead role in forecasting sales volume

Qualifications/Experience:
3 - 5 years' experience in sales
Solid sales record in software sales, although other sales experience will be considered
Experience in strategic planning
Ability to forecast future sales volume and present to the executive leadership team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Superior presentation skills
Ability to take the initiative
Active demonstration of good judgment and maintain high professional standards

$60 - $120k with commissions. The company provides medical insurance and a variety of voluntary insurance options and stock options.
A total of 3-5 years of experience in the execution of sales, preferable with experience in software sales and proficiency in SalesForce.
This is an individual contributor role that has the ability to grow into leadership as different accounts are opened.
