This position will coordinate the daily activities of production employees in the Production Department, which includes, but are not limited to: Supervision, safety, product quality, training and development of hourly employees, department workflow and manpower utilization, communication and administering company policies and procedures. You must demonstrate a strong commitment to BIC (Best In Class) and the process of continuous improvement. Maintain an environmental awareness, facilitate payroll, and manage employees.
You should be a leader who relentlessly drives safety and someone who can help foster a culture of process improvement. Currently, the company operates a day schedule but considering the growth of the company, you should be flexible to work any shift necessary as the site grows.
