This company is a century-old leader in industrial technology, and is looking for highly-technical and customer service-orientated technicians. In this role, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot/repair the equipment at customers' locations within your assigned territory.

Your daily routine is simple yet will be dynamic as each customer and each product brings its level of sophistication and expertise. Initially, you will start learning the ropes of the job's key aspects, maintenance duties at customers' locations. As you progress through their self-driven training courses, you will increase your ability to troubleshoot and work on much larger and more complex systems. This self-driven program also allows you to be the key motivator for your compensation progression. The more you learn and become certified, your compensation will adjust accordingly.

The company wants mechanical candidates or candidates who tend to learn mechanical systems. Their technologies use mechanical, electronic, and electrical technologies. Besides the technical skills, you should have an excellent customer service attitude. Hey can teach you all you need to know about working on their systems, but you need a customer-first mentality.

The role is Monday-Friday, with travel happening within your local territory. You will be given a company vehicle, so an excellent driving record and a valid license are required. You and your family can commit to having a great work-life balance by being home at night. The only exceptions are the occasional on-call emergency or training throughout the year. You should expect overnight travel to be less than 1-2 days per month. Distance between the cities in Texas will create some early morning, and later evening workdays based on the space between the customers.

Base salary, plus overtime that will vary based on schedule. Medical, dental, vision, and a 401k. All travel is covered via the company car/van.
