Job Description
You will be performing the necessary repairs on refrigeration units for customer's trucks and trailers, ensuring that the unit is repaired free of defects as described in the original work order, in accordance with the standard time or "flat rate?, as published by company.
You will also perform warranty repairs. They are looking for good, strong mechanical troubleshooters and repairers who will perform this work and keep the supervisors apprised on the status, and be able to describe the work that was done and document it in their system.
Once fully trained and up to speed you may be sent out to local customers to perform maintenance at their facility, but there is no overnight travel. This company gives you training and education through programs offered by them and their parent corporation and other vendors in order for you to stay current.
They have 3 openings of which 2 are first shift Greensboro NC and Roanoke VA, the hours are 8am to 5pm.
The third role is in Charlotte and that is a second shift role which is 1pm to 10pm.
They do offer overtime, usually 4 - 6 hours per week, but during summer it could be more like 6 - 8 hours.
Roanoke is first shift, Charlotte is second shift and Greensboro is first shift
Base salary DOE, and a benefits package.
