Service Technician (Travel or Shop)

Two roles are available:
You can serve this organization as a Field Service Technician. You will travel locally to clients' locations to diagnose, repair, maintain, and service their equipment. This role comes with a company truck. You will need to be an individual that thrives on solving problems on their own and can work without constant instruction. You must have great customer service skills, as you will be the face of the company and will need to speak with the clients directly.
You also can work as a Shop Technician. In this role you will also diagnose, repair, maintain and service clients' equipment. You will remain in the shop where there will be other technicians and leaders to help guide you if you run into a problem.
Multiple locations throughout Minnesota, Iowa, and Missouri
Base salary for both positions is DOE, and the location. They offer a 401k with a 3% contribution, even if you do not contribute, they also will match your first 2%. 15 days PTO, 9 company holidays, a sign on bonus, a full benefits package is offered, shift differentials and lots of overtime is you want it.
