Day to day - Monday am early day, ensure team is ready - reports from last week - Staff meetings/debriefs - Generally leads a team of 10-12, and has to be able to get in and lead from the start. Other responsibilities may include Interviewing/hiring new team members, debriefing w/ team after shifts, running a route (Company truck), route rides (riding with SSRs on routes) and coaching.
Larger location in the company - talent factory for the company because of location and opportunities - SMs typically get promoted within 2 years and due to the volume of work they do, these SMs are recruited internally by other executives.
