Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10, 000 lbs.
In order to comply with DOT (US) requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
Have an active driver's license
Be at least 21 years of age
Obtain a DOT medical certification
Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
Experience in industrial sales or customer service

Preference for combat arms veterans. Someone who may have a tie to the area (family, friends). Prefers JMOs or NCOs with degree. Wants someone who knows what a hard day looks like but can muscle through tough situations. Recent transitioned or someone who has had 1 or 2 jobs.
Day to day - Monday am early day, ensure team is ready - reports from last week - Staff meetings/debriefs - Generally leads a team of 10-12, and must be able to get in and lead from the start. Other responsibilities may include Interviewing/hiring new team members, debriefing w/ team after shifts, running a route (Cintas truck), route rides (riding with SSRs on routes) and coaching.
Larger location in the company - talent factory for the company because of location and opportunities - SMs typically get promoted within 2 years and due to the volume of work they do, these SMs are recruited internally by other executives.
$75k base - car allowance - $15 - $20k bonus potential for team performance
