Job Description

This company provides the rental, sales and servicing of nationally marketed construction products and equipment. They operate through five divisions: Scaffold, Shoring, Aerial Lifts, Hydro Mobile Mast Climbers and Bleachers and Special Events. The company also operates a Contractors Safety and Supply Center that offers a local, on-the-spot resource for contractor supplies and safety items.

They are looking for a service manager who will supervise and coordinate all activities of the workers in the maintenance and repair of aerial lift equipment. You will process all shop paperwork, work orders damage reports while assisting workers in diagnosing malfunctions in equipment. Assists parts manager with recommendations regarding spare parts, inspects mechanic activities along with traveling to branch locations to monitor service activities.

They need a hands-on leader to oversee their service department of 10 employees.

Base salary with annual bonuses, a 401k, profit sharing, and employer funded health coverage.
