Job Description

Our client is an Australian and US publicly listed company focusing on RF sensing, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Sensor Fusion, Electronic Warfare, Rapid Prototyping and MIL-SPEC manufacturing. Their capabilities are used to protect military, government, law enforcement, critical infrastructure, commercial and VIPs throughout the world.

They are looking for a Service Engineer that serves as the technical voice of the customer. The position is primarily responsible for resolving customer issues related to complex C-UAS system implementation. The Service Engineer will travel domestically (US) and potentially abroad at times in support of complex systems installations, demonstrations, training, and support. The role is both technically demanding and requires strong interpersonal skills. The position is located in Warrenton, VA and reports to the US-based technical lead.

From a technical standpoint, they are looking for folks with strong electronics, electrical, or RF/Satcomm background that can learn their products and be a face of the company for installation projects and support.

Travel: 25%, around 5-10 days per month at customer sites, project-based travel. You're expected to be at a customer site for 2-3 days every other week or so. When not traveling, you'll be expected to be at the corporate office in Virginia.
