Service Coordinator

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Service Coordinator, who can work out of their office in Phoenix, AZ. They are looking for someone who has parts ordering and procurement experience, and dispatching experience is preferred as well.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Address service work orders
- Order parts for work orders
- Follow up on previous purchases that are still awaiting parts
- Follow up with vendors
- Review invoice approval queue
- Follow up with any "customer pending action" work orders
- Send out customer service surveys
Monday - Friday 8am? 5pm
