A senior reactor operator is the senior watch stander in a control room licensed to manipulate nuclear reactor controls and direct others to do the same. The majority of our client's leaders understand the importance of operations roles and decisions that affect operations. Candidates who intend to attain an SRO License must complete the Fundamentals Phase and Simulator Certification, acquire SRO status, and attain the NRC SRO License (80%). Study time and field time are needed to attain licensed status (10%), while project work, outage assignments, or duties to support site operations account for the remaining 10%.
