They have more than six decades of experience meeting the changing needs of the defense and automotive industries, supported by its employees in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio, and a strong supplier base that stretches across 43 states.

They are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator who is the principal staff member responsible for all post award major individual material contract purchases from the US Government. This position administers the ILP contract (that is, inputs quotes, troubleshoots, and researches pricing issues); the review and acceptance of contracts; and supervises/monitors the entering of orders into the SAP R/3 System; assist with questions related to solicitations for quotations and proposals prior to award. Coordinates with AMG departments to ensure all pertinent orders are delivered on time. Provides management reports documenting orders and delivery activity that are used in forecasting and tracking AFTC Annual Operating Plan performance. Provides reports to Major Buying Commands and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) regarding contracts and orders, as required. Must be thoroughly knowledgeable of FAR/DFAR/DPAS regulations. Provides timely communication via phone, email and other forms of correspondence to resolve problems with internal and external customers.
