Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Description

In this role, the candidate will perform equipment start-up, modifications, upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance on production and R&D systems. You will interact directly with equipment engineering, process engineering, and other groups to meet team goals. You will be responsible for a diverse mixture of activities, with a strong emphasis on hands-on mechanical assembly, high-vacuum systems, and electrical work.

This role will work 12-hour shifts. Right now, openings are on the night shift, whic has a 15% shift differential. It is the 2-2-3 Dupont schedule. This means you are off every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Built-in overtime every other week as well.

The base salary is DOE. Full relocation and company stock. Relocation includes an agent assigned to help you with your relocation. $4, 000 in company stock is given to you, and it fully vests over 4 years.
