Security Systems Engineer
Pittsburgh or Baltimore, US
You will deliver expertise to support and drive profitable growth of commercial, federal government Access Control and Perimeter Solutions to achieve budget and be the lead representative of product and solution capacity for the region.
Technical Engineering responsibility:
You will provide technical sales support to the team to ensure that sales opportunities are maximized, understood, engineered correctly and questions are answered.
You will provide pro-active technical support, installation guidance, troubleshooting techniques and overall assistance to company channel partners and product end users for Monitored Pulse Fence and Access Control.
You will co-ordinate in consultation with the sales team the provision and implementation of appropriate technical support services that are consistent with product strategy and regional initiatives.
You will maintain and update CRM, monitor Power BI customer status and manage target account selling tools for projects. With all key account transactions and identify any weakness in the delivery of technical support and training services that are adversely impacting customer satisfaction and implement corrective action.
You will be the product management liaison for the eastern region and contribute to quarterly regional reporting Eastern team.
You will need to build long lasting and productive partnerships with our customers, channel partners, third party providers and external stakeholders. This position requires 50% or more travel regionally and sometimes nationally.
