You will interface with colleagues for the provision of technical support and training for the customer and as such is accountable for maximizing customer satisfaction. They need someone who is familiar with and can interpret basic blueprints, schematics, manuals, wiring diagrams, and can repair equipment, utilizing knowledge of electronics and using standard test instruments and hand tools to determine installation procedures. You will Operate systems to demonstrate equipment, commission new systems, analyze performance and identify malfunctions and writes routine programs for systems.
You will act as the customers best service provider at all times thereby ensuring the Company is the customers first choice for service. You will take ownership of onsite project including safety, quality and performance. They also need someone with basic mechanical and electrical aptitude (for example, works with a variety of hand and power tools such as drill, screwdriver, wire stripper, hacksaw, crimper).
You will also need good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and basic organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. In this role they need an Electronics Technician or Electrician who is a trouble shooter with experience programming and integrating systems.
