You will monitor and control the projects that are assigned to you and ensure that all projects achieve the targeted profit goals and meet customers' expectations. You could be handling 30 projects at one time, that are in various phases of completion.
You will also make sure all projects are executed on time according to customer contract terms and conditions. You will need to closely examine and be responsible for maintaining positive cash flow and provide financial results at closing of each project.
You will also need to control the project schedule as you will be directly responsible for timely material orders. They need someone who is proactive who will make certain that internal and external engineering questions are answered quickly and clearly in order to keep the material delivery on schedule.
They need an excellent communicator with strong customer service skills who can handle all customer correspondence. Somebody personable and a "go getter," who is a Detail oriented individual.
Somebody willing to get their hands dirty, who's hungry and motivated along with being humble, friendly, and an overall good person.
No signs of overconfidence or cocky attitude.

$75 - $85k Base DOE + bonus that could be 7 or 8%, depending on company and individual performance. Great benefits package. Including vehicle allowance of $7, 100k/year + 80% of car washes, fuel and oil changes.
