- Coordinate process improvement projects to achieve maximum efficiency, utilizing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, and track performance versus goals
- Work as a conduit between cross functional units (production, maintenance, plant management, etc.) to develop project plans that will improve plant performance
- Work with Plant Safety team to develop safe work practices, and ensure those practices are adhered to
