In this role, you will drive effective changes in technical operations that impact the customer and stay within the safe parameters of the capabilities of the company. This company is a leading industrial material company that supports the manufacturing of semiconductors and supporting equipment. Although this role is not a pure leadership role, you will lead operational changes needed and requested by the customer. You should have a strong technical background and personality to be able to own changes that the customer requests as well as saying no tactfully when those requests cannot be completed either from a technical/engineering change or that impact the safety of the systems.
Candidates that have strong project management skills, understand theories of mechanical, electrical, fluid controls, and pneumatic systems are the most desired. The Project Engineer will help oversee and coordinate activities with customer engineering representatives, site project teams, OEM representatives, and site contractors.
You should have a degree and an engineering degree is highly preferred in this role. Also, please have ties or familiarity of living in the area of the country.
