Dependent upon fit, experience, location, and more you may be hired as a Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent. Project Engineer: path to Project Manager:

The Project Engineer's role is to assist the Project Manager and Project Superintendent with the overall management of project execution with emphasis on coordination of work, procurement and expedition of subcontractors and suppliers, and the identification and resolution of design drawing conflicts. The Project Engineer also participates in the preconstruction effort including estimating and purchasing.

Project Engineer qualifications:

- BA/BS degree is required. Technical, Engineering, and Construction Management degrees are a plus, or equivalent industry experience
- Locations: Atlanta, Tampa, or Miami
- Must be willing to work projects across the southeast with a project duration lasting between 18-22 months
- Compensation: $70 - $85K + bonus (pay based on experience)

Senior Project Engineer: path to Project Manager:

The Senior Project Engineer's role is to assist the Project Manager and Project Superintendent with the overall management of project execution with emphasis on coordination of work, procurement and expedition of subcontractors and suppliers, and the identification and resolution of design drawing conflicts. The Senior Project Engineer also participates in the preconstruction effort including estimating and purchasing.

Senior Project Engineer qualifications:

- BA/BS degree is required. Technical, Engineering, and Construction Management degrees are a plus, or equivalent industry experience
- Locations: Atlanta, Tampa, or Miami
- Must be willing to work projects across the southeast with a project duration lasting between 18-22 months
- Base salary is DOE
- 2-5 years' experience on projects $30M+ in contact value


Field Engineer: path to Superintendent:

The Field Engineer's primary responsibility is support of Project Superintendent in all field related methods and procedures to include but not limited to safety on the project, quality control, scheduled execution, and all field related documentation.

Field Engineer qualifications:

- BA/BS degree is required. Technical, Engineering, and Construction Management degrees are a plus, or equivalent industry experience
- Locations: Atlanta, Tampa, or Miami
- Must be willing to work projects across the southeast with a project duration lasting between 18-22 months
- Base salary is DOE

Assistant Superintendent: Is the next step up from Field Engineer with A base salary and an annual bonus. Five years minimum experience on $10M+ commercial construction projects.
