This position is the leadership development role for the company. The last person we placed at the company was in this role and he has been promoted. The first half of the shift is a pure production supervisor role with the backing of the day crew. They second half of the shift is running the whole plant on your own. You will be in this role for 12-18 months. Then move to either purchasing manager, engineering manager, project manager or business development. The next move depends on your skill set and where you can make the most impact. You will move through several roles with the long-term goal of becoming a plant manager.

$60 - $80k base salary plus profit sharing.
They have a long history of hiring military leaders and growing them within the company. All three plant managers are former military and started in a role like this one.
The company uses the book "Good to Great" as an operational guideline. Highly recommend reading this book.
