As the Production Supervisor you will manage the coordination of departmental functions to ensure business unit is operating to the highest standard of safety, quality, customer service, and financial objectives. This includes leading hourly associates while working closely with others through mutually supportive contributions and effective interactions.

Principal Accountabilities: Display a disciplined approach to Process Management (Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Finance and Manufacturing). Collaborate in a team based environment in resolving equipment and process related issues. Ability to communicate and document technical matters with Maintenance Engineering, Quality, Senior Management Team & Auditors. Point person for specific computer and technical projects (develop tracking system on Excel, and so on). Work closely with all members of the Business Unit to ensure Business Unit objectives are met or exceeded. This includes working with the Business Unit leadership team in setting priorities and properly deploying resources. Demonstrate a clear understanding of regulatory requirements and of GMP standards through compliance of the Company's policy. Develop cooperation and teamwork while leading a diverse group of people, working towards solutions which balance business, customer, and individual needs. This includes an ability to work with others easily, establishing a climate of trust, confidence, and mutual respect. Demonstrate a concern for meeting internal and external customers' needs in a manner that provides customer satisfaction. Strive to improve the skills of associates by providing clear performance expectations, specific feedback on behaviors, effective coaching and mentoring, identifying and providing developmental opportunities, and accurate, timely performance appraisals. Demonstrate a commitment to Operational Excellence through fostering and promoting an environment of continuous improvement using Lean concepts and Six Sigma Methodology.

Must be open to DuPont shift (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on one week, then 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off the next...So you only work 2 days/24 hours week 2). You only work half the year (longer shifts...12 hours). The shift schedule will be 6am - 6pm.

Base is $85k with a 5% bonus and the best benefits package around.
