You will report directly to the Plant Manager and be responsible for the overall operational leadership of a crew. The candidate will supervise, monitor, and maintain an effective, safe operation of maintenance in the production of automotive windshields by maximizing production, product quality, solving process deficiencies, training and improving worker performance, in order to contribute to plant productivity. The role requires consistently meeting or exceeding established safety, quality, and production goals.

This facility in Crestline, OH (45 minutes North of Columbus) has hired multiple candidates from BMI and they're backfilling this role because a former BMI candidate has been promoted to Production Manager.
