Production Lead

Job Description
As a Production Lead, your primary roles will focus around leading your production team through their shift as both a leader and a team member, as you will be expected to serve as a working lead and role model on the floor. This is a great role for someone that is dynamic, a quick thinker, and a decisive decision maker.
Your daily responsibilities would be:
- The accountability of your team, coaching/mentoring/counseling your team to help them grow while also enforcing policies and procedure
- Maintaining workflow by monitoring the process and making improvements
- Ensuring your team is keeping up quality standards by maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Create a production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel to priority roles
- Go to the production floor and lend a hand to your team (you could be helping palletize product, put cups on the conveyor belt, help create a batch of shaved ice, or do another task to help your team accomplish the mission)
You will be working on night shift from 5pm to 5am, but here is the beauty in this, because it is a 2/2/3 you literally only work half of the year. You will be rewarded by this job with all of the time off that is provided.
Base salary, overtime, full medical, dental, vision benefits- 2 weeks (can go up to 3wks) PTO. Sick leave- 8 paid holidays- Production bonus
