This critical engineering role is an ideal fit for a Navy Nuclear Engineer or Industrial Engineer experienced in building complex electrical control systems. Perform, plan, analyze, and evaluate control system projects and applications in a nuclear fuels environment. Create engineering solutions meeting programmatic objectives considering cost and schedule as well as technical requirements. Working in collaboration with other engineer, the incumbent must be able to analyze and generate solutions to a variety of control system projects using programmable data acquisition and controller systems utilizing Rockwell Automation platform.

- Exercises responsibility for accomplishing complex systems assignments on schedule and on budget.

- Must work within a multi-discipline engineering organization involving electro-mechanical systems.

- Performs conceptual process control systems design, determination of process control system strategy, design of assembled programming, preparation of bills of material and cost estimates.

- Assist other senior or Principal Engineers on projects and other related duties as assigned.

- Must be able to interact with US Department of Energy (US DOE).

- Product and system start-up, system integration support, and documentation development.
