The Engineer must develop, implement, monitor and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and workflow, for assembly products. This role will report directly to the Plant Manager while working closely with the Production Manager and Supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams. Your main responsibility is to continually improve upon existing operations, for increased quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost-savings.
Expected compensation is $65k+ depending on experience level and has the ability to promote quickly. They offer comprehensive benefits to include: Healthcare, STD/LTD, 401 (K) and performance incentives. Paid-Time off and flexible shifts are applicable.
