Job Description
These critical roles will have accountability and responsibility for a variety of mechanical or electrical systems in the power plant. An engineering track that begins as a backup engineer responsible for coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repair of mechanical or electrical equipment. This position will also cross-train into other positions as qualifications are gained in the primary discipline. In the first year these positions will complete 15 weeks of operational training to understand the relationship between operations and engineering.
In this role, the candidate will develop and evaluate preventative maintenance schedules, coordinate unscheduled work and be financially responsible for outage budgets, participate in root cause failure analysis and corrective action planning. You will maintain all maintenance records, equipment upgrade records, inspections, testing and history records, and provide technical expertise, leadership, and assistance in ancillary improvement projects.

Base salary DOE, tier 1 medical, dental, vision, double match on 401k up to 5% (company match up to 10%). Monthly performance bonus of 8 -10%.
