Outside Sales Representative

In this role you will be responsible for business development for an expanding commercial electrical supplier in the Philadelphia area as well servicing an existing book of business. You will need to develop and maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, consultants, architects and developers, you will need to build on existing relationships and form new ones. This role also includes analyzing and forecasting the market needs in the Philadelphia area, continually refining sales tactics to drive production, and report feedback internally to continually improve product and process performance to ensure client satisfaction.

The company needs someone that would be described as a hard-charger and high energy. You will design and execute a winning strategy to accomplish your goals. You will prepare and deliver dynamic proposals to key leaders in commercial building and construction projects tailored to their needs. You will build your network in the construction community through your client relationships. You will drive sales based on the company's sales methods including prospect qualification, process planning, negotiation and closing.

The company will provide top notch product training and ongoing mentorship. A generous base salary plus commission with a patient company willing to groom the right person for growth in the organization.
