They are currently seeking an Operator Technician for their Blair, NE location.
In this role, you work on exciting and challenging topics together with a team in an ultra-modern, innovative, and creative environment. Intensive on-the-job training with expert colleagues guarantees you will quickly become familiar with your duties and perform them independently.
Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines, adjusting one or more variables to achieve efficiency
- Conduct operational tasks by following established processes, which may involve adjusting basic settings or parameters to meet performance standards
- Conduct simple installation tasks, following detailed instructions and working under close supervision to complete the allocated tasks
- Help to maintain and repair equipment and appliances by conducting preparations and assisting while following strict, detailed instructions
- Support the quality function by working within strict quality standards
- Follow basic mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others.
They are looking for folks with strong mechanical backgrounds that they can train. Performance-related pay and the opportunity for personal and professional development are of course, part of the package. You will learn machinery and enhance your ability to operate and maintain it.
Base salary, great benefits, and a 401k. Plenty overtime, $7, 500 for relocation, $2, 000 sign on bonus, 4% yearly bonus. It is a Dupont schedule with rotating days and nights every 28 days.
