Operations and Maintenance Facilities Manager

In this role, you will provide day-to-day oversight and management of the facility/maintenance services at a single site or multiple locations.
This individual will act as the interface between the company, the local client and the employees responsible for maintenance, operations, and other services provided at the facility; (including electrical, mechanical, custodial services, and all other aspects of facility operation).

This position will ensure that facilities problems are identified and repaired quickly; while ensuring that contractors are delivering quality services, and that all internal customer demands are being met. This individual will work to find creative ways to keep operational costs to a minimum and will work outside of the box with team members to improve efficiency and implement new systems and procedures as identified.
