Job Description
Daily planning, execution, and area management:
- Perform pre-shift task planning and prioritization of activities to successfully execute the Production Plan
- Identify back-up tasks if all workable production plan tasks are completed
- Plan and issue team member work assignments
- Ensure team members are qualified to perform assigned tasks and that each team member understands the procedural details of their assigned tasks
- Conduct shift start-up meetings to communicate the Production Plan to all team members and ensure that they understand their role in its successful execution
- Monitor team members and resources throughout the shift to maintain workflow and lead problem solving when performance lags expectations
Base salary, bonus, benefits, and performance bonuses.
Shifts: 1st shift (5am - 230pm), 2nd shift (2pm -12am)
