The Production Supervisor (Cell Leader) will provide supervision, leadership and support to the business, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for Jet Engine assembly, disassembly, and test processes. This will require you to continually search for opportunities to enhance the production processes and the product using a variety of problem solving techniques, effective interpersonal and communication skills, along with technical competency. You will motivate, coach, and encourage employees to optimize career development and personal satisfaction. You will promote excellent employee relations and empowerment of all assigned personnel.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Meet business metrics goals as defined for each cell (Cost, Quality, Delivery, EHS, ACE, and Employee Fulfillment)
- Implement root cause corrective actions in a timely manner to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Implement ACE and Lean Strategies to improve Quality, reduce process time and reduce operational costs
- Ensure that all employees adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety procedures
- Ensure that all assigned employees have current development plans and performance reviews
- Coach employees in team development and motivational strategies
- Mange all aspects of assigned hourly workforce: time & attendance, time off, rewards, discipline process, training, communications, and so on
- Identify and resolve process improvement opportunities to enhance quality, decrease process cycle time and reduce operational costs

$70 - $81k base plus 8% shift differential

A&P Required. B.S. Required + Jet Engine Mechanic, back shop, propulsion experience
