When not responding to a national emergency's you will be operating in an operations manager role that requires the managing of, projects, inventory, and scheduling within your assigned territory. You will ensure that equipment is properly maintained and repaired to maximize branch productivity. Coordination and supervision of the overall delivery of quality performance by service technicians and performing timely repairs for rental and customer equipment will also be required. You will create work schedules and maintain proper accounting of service technician productivity. In addition, the operations manager should have a technical background and be familiar with and have the ability to troubleshoot power generation or HVAC equipment, Diesel experience is a plus! You will operate daily with the sales manager to plan and schedule the weekly management needs within the greater their area.
