Operations Manager

This position directs and carries out projects that involve the use of specialized techniques that meet the requirements of LAB RC 0288 Radiological Controls Manual, the Corporate Nuclear Power Manual, EPA regulations, OSHA, ANSI, ASME, and other related standards. Schedules support activities and coordinates with other contracted workgroups associated with maintenance or modification of laboratory facilities and infrastructure using specialized engineering methods due to the potential presence of hazardous/regulated materials, contamination, and radiation levels.

Provides daily oversight and management of approximately 10 subordinate managers and 45 other operations personnel such that all safety, environmental, radiological, engineering, and operational standards are met. Responsible for site planning, work performance, worker safety, and health compliance, and radiological and safety auditing. Performs scheduling, cost control and tracking, employee relations and work quality.

In this role you will have every other Friday off, but the organization is close to moving to a 4-10 schedule where you will have every Friday off.

Base of $135 - $140k + Bonus + Full Relocation
