Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.

- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10, 000 lbs.
In order to comply with DOT (US) requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
- Have an active driver's license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain a DOT medical certification
- Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
- Management experience
- Experience in industrial sales or customer service

Team Leadership experience and customer service personality are a must. College degree strongly preferred. Must be able to lead teams, talk to existing customers, find and solve everyday team barriers and aim for constant improvement.
