Our client is seeking intelligent, highly motivated, positive, results-oriented individuals to grow our manufacturing leadership team. They are seeking individuals with a desire to maximize their potential by leading a variety of different areas of the operation, such as Production, Facilities, Customer Service and Materials. This candidate will have the skills and abilities for broad level management and a desire to lead in a manufacturing environment.

The first step in the management development progression will be a position as Operations Manager. This position is directly responsible for all aspects of Customer Service and Materials for a manufacturing plant. This encompasses customer service, quality, production scheduling, logistics management, materials management, and human resource management.

The starting salary for this role will be $85 - $90k + 25% bonus. This is a manufacturing environment, but you will work Monday - Friday with normal business hours. Dollar for dollar match on your 401k. Profit sharing and home purchase discount program also available. The company prides itself on their great work-life balance.
