You will have operational oversight of the area working with engineering, construction, and procurement needs to be the key cog in the operational process of building commercial and industrial projects.

You should have demonstrated experience and turn-around situations (military or civilian) but should someone who executes at a very high level.
Ideally, the company would want a senior leader from the military with experience in a Construction unit, (Corps of Engineers, Red Horse, Seabee, and so on,) with the leadership pedigree to drive operations.
