Nuclear Operations Instructor
You are responsible for the analysis, design, development, and implementation and evaluation of operator training. You will analyze and design training for all operations training programs including non-licensed operator, licensed operator, Shift Manager and Shift Technical Advisor training.
You will assist with self-assessments and other evaluations of the various operator training programs, as well as assist with in-processing for the large number of contract employees for plant outages.
You will be expected to support plant refueling outages by transitioning to the plant staff during outages.
Although the Instructor is not involved in the day-to-day operations of the plant, the role does require an all-hands-on-deck mentality when it comes to outage support, emergency and safety operations, and critical systems or emergencies. Most of your role will be in a day shift capacity, but you will need to be available for outages and class ups, that may require swing work from time to time.
Full benefits to include medical, dental, vision, 401k. Possible relocation for the right candidate.
