Marketing Project Manager
These test markets are locations that test the impact of new products. Each restaurant in a test market (that is, Memphis), receives a different set of marketing materials for display in-store, as well as features on the drive-through menus and the in-store digital menu boards.
A fast-paced environment, thrilling for the right individual, taking last-minute changes on images and pricing prior to the launch of the test.
Sometimes those changes come directly from the client's president that's how important test markets are in competitive warfare.
After the test, the client reviews the sales impact of the new item or value message and determines if it will launch nationally. This is the heartbeat and competitive spirit of its customers.
In this role the candidate would take information (date to launch, item to launch), create a brief for the creative department (work order - new photography needed, special considerations, and so on.)
Manage the creation of the work within the department, interface with COO for printing and fulfillment, communicate with client on every step and detail, launch the market, and move on to the next market.
The company will do over 20+ tests every year, so there will be moments that require dual-mind thinking (or more) to manage multiple work streams.
A classic advertising or printing background is not necessary, the company is looking for the right individual and will teach them the business. They will add additional assignments depending on workload and capacity/capability.
