The company will be focusing on Maintenance and Production leadership roles across their enterprise. There is a strong need for hard working, intelligent, and motivated leaders to grow and develop across the entire company. These roles will focus on leadership of two primary areas: Maintenance of the equipment that produces the products or leadership of the people who run the equipment that produces the products.

The company also will be looking for raw talent for all areas within the company to include Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, and Project Management.

Target of roughly 5% bonus

The company has well over 20 different sites in the US and with the recent purchase of a major coffee company, the company only plans on growing to be one of the more dominant companies in their industry and beyond.
The company is growing and looking to leaders across the company. They have hired many military candidates including people for their Emerging Leaders Program, which this will help staff.
