The Manufacturing Engineer responsibilities include the management of process/configuration control, work instructions, and line set/ups for an aerospace manufacturer's production department. You will work strategically with production, engineering, and sales to support high quality products, on-time delivery and 100% customer satisfaction. On a daily basis, tasks include meeting established production schedule/objectives as they apply to customer needs. Other daily tasks include attending daily production meetings, management of production personnel, and continuously working to streamline the manufacturing process ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery. Candidate must have a BS in engineering with a high preference for Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering. Strong planning skills, leadership skills, and both written and oral presentation skills are necessary. Candidates must have a desire for future leadership roles of higher responsibility in the company, as the candidate in this role will be considered for future leadership promotions
$65 - $80k, 401(k) plan, 2 weeks paid time off, life and medical plans
