The plant is hiring for both 2nd (1400-2230) and 3rd (2200-0630) shifts. There is plenty of overtime in this role. Currently, the team is working voluntary overtime with senior techs getting the first option at overtime. You can plan to work every other weekend. The max days in a row is 19. Then you must take the next weekend off.
There are two starting pay rates: $26.26/hr for transitioning or non-certified technicians. Industry experienced or journeyman technicians will start at $29.65/hr. You must test to achieve this higher starting rate.
